Clubhouse
- Access to the clubhouse will be available through the Clubhouse’s main entrance. Parking is available in the back lot.
Food and Beverage
- Dining is closed for cleaning and maintenance from Monday, October 24th until Tuesday, November 1st.
- Beverage service will be available in the Gallagher Indoor Golf Studio and members are welcome to order food in if they choose.
- Dining will resume on Tuesday, November 1st. Take out available by ordering online, calling 204 560-0108 or by email at foodandbeverage@niakwacc.ca

Clubhouse Closure
Please be advised our clubhouse and facilities will be closed on Friday, October 21 and will remain closed until Saturday, October 22 at 2:00pm.

Parking Lot Construction Update – October 14, 2022
Construction on our parking lot and new entrance from Niakwa Road is progressing.
The entrance on the west side of the property, along with the back parking lot, are now open (shown below in red).
The entrance will now function as a two way roadway for member traffic. We kindly ask all members to use caution as it is one lane directing both ways of traffic in and out of the parking lot.
Members will still be required to use the front Clubhouse entrance doors due to construction around the Back Shop area.
Clubhouse & Food and Beverage Service Open
Clubhouse Open – Water Main Repaired
Please be aware that water service to the clubhouse has been repaired. All clubhouse amenities, along with food and beverage services will return to normal starting tomorrow morning.

Urgent: Clubhouse Closure
Due to a break in our water main, the water to the clubhouse has been shut off. This will require us to shut down our food service, as well as the washrooms and showers.
We are still able to offer beverage service in the clubhouse and on-course food and beverage (Stanley’s and Thompson’s) will remain open. Our on-course washrooms remain in service and portable toilets will soon be available at the clubhouse.
An update will be sent once the break is fixed and clubhouse service returns to normal.

Parking Lot Construction Update
Construction on our parking lot and new entrance from Niakwa Road is underway.
The entrance, lane and all parking on the west side of the property, along with the back parking lot, are now closed (shown below in red).
The exit will now function as two way roadway for member traffic below (shown below in blue). We kindly ask all members to use caution as it is one lane directing both ways of traffic in and out of the parking lot.
Additional parking is available:
- Along Niakwa Road on the golf course side of the street
- The FreshCo parking lot along the side facing Fermor Ave

Parking Lot Closure
Construction on our back parking lot and new entrance from Niakwa Road will begin on Tuesday, September 13th.
During this first stage of construction, onsite parking will be limited to the front parking lot only. We ask members to consider carpooling to reduce the required number of parking spaces. Additional parking will be available:
- Along Niakwa Road on the golf course side of the street
- The FreshCo parking lot along the side facing Fermor Ave
