Public Health Orders

Premier Brian Pallister and Manitoba’s chief provincial public health officer, Dr. Brent Roussin announced that Manitoba will move ahead with its ‘4-3-2 One Great Summer’ Reopening Path. The new public health order will take effect on Saturday, August 7, at 12:01am and will continue until Tuesday, Sept. 7, at 12:01am.

It is to be noted that we have not, to date, received a copy of the written Public Health Order.  However, it is our understanding that the new order and restrictions will affect the following areas of service: Read More>>

Masks and Physical Distancing

  • Indoor Public Settings
    • Members are not required to wear masks in the clubhouse or Gupta Terrace, however;
    • Masks are strongly recommended for anyone who is not fully immunized including children under 12.
    • The Niakwa dining, pro shop and clubhouse staff will continue to wear masks.
    • Physical distance of two meters is recommended in indoor public places.

Food & Beverage Service

  • Indoor and Outdoor Dining
    • No capacity limits or separation requirements between tables.
    • Immunization cards will not be required to dine.
    • Diners must remain seated as much as possible and should maintain two-meter distance whenever they are away from their table.  
    • Staff are required to ensure that there is no gathering or mingling. 

Weddings and Events

  • Outdoor events are limited to 50 per cent of capacity.  
  • Indoor capacity limited to 50 per cent of capacity. 
  • Immunization cards will not be required to access services. 
  • Dance floors will remain closed.
  • Staff are required to ensure that there is no gathering or mingling.

If required, an update confirming any further changes to our operations will be sent once we have received the official health order.
