Clarification on New Public Health Orders

Further to the announcement on Wednesday that a new public health order will come into effect on Saturday, June 12th at 12:01am, we have received and reviewed the written order.

Below you will see new protocols for each area of the club.  New protocols and those that we have received clarification of are highlighted in red text.

Food & Beverage Service

  • Dining – Hours of Operation
    • Tuesday to Sunday – 8:00am until 10:00pm
    • Monday – 11:00am until 10:00pm
      • All members and guests must leave the Members and Gupta Terrace by 10:00pm.
  • Outdoor dining (Gupta Terrace) will open at 50% capacity
    • Up to 8 per table from different households regardless of immunization status.
    • Seating on the (Gupta Terrace) will be limited to golfers only.
    • We kindly ask members to limit their dining experience to 1.5 hours if other members are waiting to be seated.
  • Indoor dining will open at 25% capacity
    • Diners must be from the same household unless everyone at the table is fully immunized.
    • Those who are fully immunized, may have up to 8 per table and may be from different households.
      • Fully immunized, means you have received two vaccinations, waited two weeks from the time of your second dose and are able to provide proof thereof.
    • Serving staff are required to ask for proof of immunization (printed or through government app).
    • Reservations will be required for those who are not golfing.
    • Members must be seated by a staff member.
      • Members may not move furniture in the Members Dining Room and Gupta Terrace.If you would like tables to be paired or a chair moved to another table, please ask a staff member.
  • Masks must be worn, and physical distancing observed, unless seated at the table.
    • Diners must stay seated at their table unless they are;
      • traveling to or from the washrooms,
      • briefly interacting with staff,
      • entering or leaving the dining room or Gupta Terrace
  • Mingling and dancing are not permitted.

Golf Services

  • Golf carts may be shared between members of different households without immunization protocols or use of a protective barrier.
  • Individual golf lessons and group lessons for up to 25 students can now take place as long as participants are well spaced from each other.Summer day camps may reopen to a maximum of 20 participants in groups.
    • The Pro Shop will be contacting those who had previously signed up to inform them on how their lessons will proceed.
  • The Pro Shop will be limited to 4 customers at one time.

Fitness Centre (Fitness delivered by Domino’s Pizza & Gardewine Group)

  • The Fitness Centre will open at 25% capacity (4 people).
  • Members are required to pre-book their time online
  • Per government guidelines, members are required to clearly and legibly, sign the Fitness Registry upon entering and exiting the Fitness Centre.

Gallagher Indoor Golf Studio

  • Open for instruction and club fitting by appointment. Please contact the Pro Shop at 204-256-2013. Weddings and Events

Weddings and Events

  • Outdoor weddings and funerals may take place with up to 25 participants, in addition to photographer and officiants. Indoor weddings and funerals remain limited to 10 persons.
  • Weddings and events are permitted to use club banquet dining facilities, as long as all indoor dining protocols are followed.


You’ve Been Fully Vaccinated, Now What?

As announced Wednesday, June 23, 2021 by Premier Brian Pallister and Manitoba’s chief provincial public health officer, Dr. Brent Roussin. Those who are fully immunized, may dine indoors with people from different households.

With the new restrictions in place, we then ask, what does it mean to be “Fully Immunized”:

According to the Manitoba Government:“Two vaccine doses plus two weeks from the time of their second dose

Request Your Immunization Card

If you don’t meet these requirements, regardless of your age, you are NOT fully vaccinated. Keep taking all precautions until you are fully vaccinated.

Any member who wishes to dine in our Members Dining Room, with members outside of their household, will be required to provide proof that everyone is fully immunized. Manitoba Immunization records can be requested below
